Are HPC and HPMC the same?


HPC (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose) and HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) are two water-soluble cellulose derivatives commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. 3. Application fields
Pharmaceutical field:

Due to its thermoplasticity, it is also suitable for some hot melt process preparations.
