Dissolution method
Add 1/3 of the specified amount of clean water to the container. Add hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose (HEMC) under low-speed stirring, and stir until all the materials are completely wet. Add the other ingredients of the formula and mix well. Attach to the specified amount of cold water to cool and dissolve.
Applications:
1.Dry mixed mortar
High water retention can fully hydrate the cement, significantly increase the bonding strength, and at the same time can appropriately increase the tensile strength and shear strength, greatly improve the construction effect and increase the work efficiency.
2.Wall putty
The cellulose ether in the putty powder mainly plays a role in water retention, bonding and lubrication, avoiding cracks and dehydration caused by too fast water loss, and at the same time enhancing the adhesion of the putty, reducing the sagging phenomenon during construction, and making the construction smoother.
In the gypsum series products, the cellulose ether mainly plays the role of retaining water and increasing lubrication. At the same time, it has a certain retarding effect. It solves the problems of bulging out and insufficient initial strength during the construction process, and can extend the working time.
4.Interface agent
Mainly used as a thickener, it can improve the tensile strength and shear strength, improve the surface coating, and enhance the adhesion and bonding strength.
5.External thermal insulation mortar
Cellulose ether in this material mainly plays the role of bonding and increasing strength. Sand will be easier to coat, improve work efficiency, and have the effect of anti-sagging. The higher water retention performance can extend the working time of the mortar and increase the resistance. Shrinkage and crack resistance, improve surface quality, and increase bonding strength.
6.Tile Adhesive
High water retention eliminates the need to pre-soak or wet the tiles and bases, significantly improving their bonding strength. The slurry can be constructed with a long period of time, fineness, uniformity, convenient construction, and good resistance to wetting and migration.
The addition of cellulose ether makes it have good edge adhesion, low shrinkage and high abrasion resistance, protects the base material from mechanical damage, and avoids the impact of penetration on the entire building.
8.Self-leveling material
The stable cohesiveness of cellulose ether ensures good fluidity and self-leveling ability, and controls the water retention rate to enable rapid solidification and reduce cracking and shrinkage.
